Requirements:

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred (tenured recruiting experience in lieu of education considered)
Knowledge of ABA therapy preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
Exceptional time-management skills
Ability to recognize the qualities of a strong candidate for our BCBA, BCaBA and RBT positions across multiple states
Knowledge of Google and G Suite applications and comfortable performing several virtual interviews daily.
Experience using recruiting software, especially JazzHR, sourcing websites and social media platforms
Must have reliable internet connection
Reliable transportation and the scheduling flexibility to attend career fairs in and around MD, WV and PA
Previous recruiting experience is required
